Do educational activities need to be scheduled around Noopept intake?

Post by clanlava

Is it advisable or required to group the tasks you want to get better at around Noopept usage times? For instance, I take 30 mg of Noopept orally 30–60 minutes before engaging in cognitively demanding work tasks at the end of the workday. I immediately start working on a motor learning task that I want to get better at after work, like playing the piano. Is it beneficial to group tasks that you want to get better at during the drug's alleged brief half-life? Is timing considered to be random?

I think specifically for Noopept, you probably would benefit from scheduling your cognitively-demanding work one hour after dosing. Apparently it works well sublingually, so if you're like me and have a slow time absorbing stuff you swallow (I'm on a GLP-1, so slow gastric emptying), holding it under your tongue for 5-10 minutes once it dissolves might not only shorten the time for it to start working, but will probably grant you more bioactive use of the noot.
