What nootropic is best for reducing mental and physical discomfort while exercising?

Every time I do aerobic or resistance exercise, my body feels really unpleasant, and I long for the finish of the workout. The proverb "No pain, no gain" is true, yet I find it extremely difficult, nearly painful. My heart rate is 120, so it's not too tough, I suppose. Is there any nootropic that might help me avoid cravings at the end of an exercise session?

Only thing that was pain relieving without affecting exercise negatively I found was phenibut, but its a high risk item I wouldnt recommend starting.

Instead ill say caffeine + tyrosine/NALT to boost dopamine making the pleasurable sensations of exercise more than the negative.
