I took my 25mg Ritalin this morning, and I'm considering increasing to a 45mg maximum by the end of the day. Is it possible for me to take two or three Hydro 10s around 7pm today?

Yes, you'll be fine. Just don't let the stimulant impact your judgement about how unsober you are and then take more painkillers.

A lot of people take a stimulant with an opioid at the same time. I've tried it and I would recommend going heavier on the opioid dose than the stimulant because the stimulant hijacks the opiate and blocks the euphoria and ruins my buzz. That's me personally, you can do how you like.

Otherwise, I am sure the hydros would be great landing gear.
